Abstract:

The article deals with the current state of funding innovations with respect to Russian construction companies. The subject of research concerns the problems of investing in innovations, product range extension and technological retrofitting of a development corporation. The purpose of research was to identify the main problems and trends in investment processes to promote innovations under the transforming economy conditions. A considerable amount of the construction statistics was analyzed and processed, which made it possible to obtain quantitative characteristics of the state of the construction sector and its role in the economic development of Russia as well as in the formation of federal budget revenues. It is concluded that the gradual transition of the Russian construction industry to the innovative development is needed alongwith the updating of growth algorithms. A systematic approach to innovations is the main factor to ensure the transition. According to the plan of the long-term socio-economic development of the Russian Federation until 2020, the process will be implemented in two successive stages.

Статья посвящена рассмотрению современного состояния процессов инвестирования инноваций применительно к строительным компаниям России. Предмет исследования - проблемы инвестирования в инновации, расширение ассортимента и технологическое перевооружение строительной корпорации. Тематика статьи охватывает исследование статистического материала о состоянии строительного сектора экономики. Цель работы - выявление основных проблем и направлений развития инвестиционных процессов, обеспечивающих инновации в условиях трансформирующейся экономики. В работе проведена обработка статистической информации, которая позволила дать количественные характеристики состояния строительного сектора, его роли в экономическом развитии России, а также в формировании доходов федерального бюджета. Сделан вывод о поэтапном переходе российской строительной отрасли на обновленный путь развития, предполагающий перестройку алгоритмов достижения роста. Ключевым источником обеспечения этого перехода должен стать системный подход к инновациям. В этом плане структуру долгосрочного социально-экономического развития Российской Федерации на период до 2020 г. предусматривается осуществлять в два последовательных этапа.
