Abstract:

The results of the analysis of the logistics outsourcing market indicate the negative dynamics in the sector of storage services provision (SSP) due to the decline in the consumer demand caused by such economic factors as the domestic currency depreciation on the foreign exchange market and overproduction of warehouse areas in 2014. To stimulate the consumer demand in the logistics outsourcing, it is proposed to use simple anti-crisis models based on updating the prices of logistics services taking into account the price range of competitors and own costs. An algorithm of practical application of the above models is described, and the viability of their complex implementation and additional services provided by an outsourcer is substantiated.

Результаты анализа рынка логистического аутсорсинга свидетельствуют о негативной динамике в секторе предоставления складских логистических услуг, обусловленной снижением потребительского спроса, вызванного такими экономическими факторами, как снижение курса отечественной валюты на валютном рынке и перепроизводство складских площадей в 2014 г. В целях стимулирования потребительского спроса в области логистического аутсорсинга предлагается использовать простейшие антикризисные модели, основанные на коррекции стоимости логистической услуги, учитывающей диапазон цен конкурентов и собственные издержки. На практическом примере раскрывается алгоритм применения вышеуказанных моделей, делаются выводы о возможности их комплексной реализации и эффективности предоставления дополнительных услуг аутсорсером.
