Abstract:

The paper analyzes specific features of the socio-economic development of the Russian Federation subjects integrated into the Far Eastern Federal District, and their potential from the standpoint of the prospective use of priority development territories as a new tool in the state practice of regional development.Based on the analysis of the socio-economic development indices of the Far East regions and the parameters of their budgets a conclusion about the inadequate use of the economic potential of the Far East in the Russian economy was made, and the mechanism for creation of priority development territories was proposed in view to accelerate the socio-economic development of the Far East and make these regions attractive for investors.

В статье рассматриваются особенности социально-экономического развития субъектов Российской Федерации, входящих в состав Дальневосточного федерального округа, и их потенциал с позиций перспектив использования такого нового для российской управленческой практики инструмента государственного регулирования регионального развития как территории опережающего социально-экономического развития.На основании проведенного анализа показателей социально-экономического развития регионов Дальнего Востока и параметров их бюджетов в статье были сделаны выводы о низком использовании экономического потенциала регионов Дальнего Востока в экономике России в целом и рассмотрен механизм создания территорий опережающего социально-экономического развития, который позволит ускорить социально-экономическое развитие Дальнего Востока и сделать данные регионы инвестиционно привлекательными.
