Abstract:

The paper is focused on relevant aspects of cooperation between small agribusiness entities through the formation of a flexible financing system based on an infrastructure support model proposed by the authors. The introduction of this model makes it possible to delegate certain functions of small business entities such as sales of agricultural products, logistics, provision of financial resources and insurance to a regional universal agricultural consumer cooperative. The functions of the regional coordinator responsible for the smooth interaction in the agriculture product sales and logistics are described. An important parameter of the proposed model is the ability to provide targeted government support to small agribusiness entities by the transfer of the budget financing function to the universal agricultural cooperative through the regional coordinator.

Статья посвящена актуальным аспектам кооперативного взаимодействия субъектов малого агробизнеса посредством формирования гибкой системы финансирования на основе предлагаемой авторами статьи модели инфраструктурного обеспечения. Внедрение данной модели позволит делегировать от субъектов малого бизнеса районному универсальному сельскохозяйственному потребительскому кооперативу выполнение таких функций, как сбыт сельхозпродукции, материально-техническое снабжение, обеспечение финансовыми ресурсами, страхование. Приводятся функции регионального координатора, решающего задачу обеспечения взаимодействия со сферами сбыта сельхозпродукции и материально-технического снабжения. Важным параметром предложенной модели является возможность оказания адресной целевой государственной поддержки субъектам малого агробизнеса, предусматривающей передачу функции бюджетного финансирования через регионального координатора универсальному сельскохозяйственному кооперативу.
