Abstract:

On the basis of a brief review of the evolution of paradigmatic bases of research of competitive relations, the author substantiates the need for a systematic approach to defining the essence and structure of the competitive environment of the market. Under this approach, a definition of the competitive environment of the market and its structure model as well as an analysis of some elements of the competitive environment of the Russian banking sector have been proposed. Guided by specific reasons, the state in the framework of competition uses a wide arsenal of «exclusive» methods leading to transformation of the nature of competition in this sector.

В статье на основе краткого обзора эволюции парадигмальных основ исследования конкурентных отношений освещена необходимость системного подхода к определению сущности и структуры конкурентной среды рынка. Предложены сформулированные в рамках такого подхода определение конкурентной среды рынка и модель ее структуры, а также проанализированы отдельные элементы конкурентной среды российского банковского сектора. Автор рассматривает государство, представленного в виде подконтрольных ему банков, как самостоятельного субъекта банковской конкуренции в России. Руководствуясь специфическими мотивами, государство в рамках конкурентной борьбы использует широкий арсенал «эксклюзивных» методов, результатом чего является трансформация сущности конкурентных отношений в рассматриваемом секторе.
