Abstract:

The paper considers the participation of Russia in the reform of the global financial architecture. The subject of research is a new model of the Russian financial market development during the transformation. The purpose of research was to identify key problems of Russia’s participation in the reformation of the global financial system. The paper discusses the scope of Russia’s participation in institutional and functional reforms of the global financial architecture and identifies the main inefficiencies of such participation making a conclusion about the need to change the model of Russia’s participation in the reforms of the global financial market. A new model of Russia’s participation in the reforms of the global financial architecture is proposed. It is noted that in the modern context of the global financial architecture transformation the focus should be put on the development of the domestic financial market. The need for the country’s involvement in the establishment of regional and inter-regional monetary and financial groups is proved.

Статья посвящена рассмотрению участия России в реформировании мировой финансовой архитектуры. Предмет исследования - создание новой модели развития российского финансового рынка в условиях реформирования мировой финансовой архитектуры. Цель работы - выявление ключевых проблем участия России в реформировании мировой финансовой системы. В работе проведено исследование основных направлений участия России в институциональных и функциональных реформах мировой финансовой архитектуры, которое позволило выделить основные факторы неэффективности этого участия и сделать выводы о необходимости изменения модели участия России в реформах мирового финансового рынка. В статье предложена новая модель участия России в реформах мировой финансовой архитектуры. Отмечена необходимость развития внутреннего финансового рынка в современных условиях трансформации мировой финансовой архитектуры. Доказана необходимость участия России в создании региональных и межрегиональных валютно-финансовых группировок.
