Abstract:

The paper studies the principal areas of the international investment cooperation of Russia in the context of the Russian- Chinese economic cooperation expansion. The subject of research is the key aspects of the Russian-Chinese trade and investment cooperation and prospects of the economic cooperation between Russia and China. The purpose of work was to identify the main problems of investing into the Russian economy and define areas of the Russian-Chinese trade and investment cooperation in the global economic environment. The analysis of the statistical data made it possible to evaluate the quantitative characteristics of direct foreign investments broken down by economic sectors. The main problems that plague the investment climate in Russia are identified. Disadvantages of the Russian-Chinese trade and economic cooperation are revealed including, in particular, the unfavorable investment climate in Russia due to foreign economic and political risks increased over the two recent years as well as the poor product quality of certain Russian industrial sectors, except the defense industry and nuclear energy products.

Статья посвящена изучению основных направлений международного инвестиционного сотрудничества России в контексте расширения российско-китайского экономического взаимодействия. Предмет исследования - основные аспекты российско-китайского торгово-инвестиционного сотрудничества и перспективы экономического взаимодействия между Россией и Китаем. Цель работы - выявление проблем привлечения инвестиций в экономику России и определение направлений развития российско-китайского торгово-инвестиционного сотрудничества в условиях глобальной экономики. В работе проведен анализ статистической информации, позволивший сделать выводы о количественных характеристиках прямых иностранных инвестиций по различным направлениям. Сформулированы основные проблемы ухудшения инвестиционного климата в России. Выявлены недостатки российско-китайского торгово-экономического сотрудничества, к главным из которых относятся неблагоприятный инвестиционный климат в России, обусловленный внешнеэкономическими и внешнеполитическими рисками, возросшими за последние два года, а также низкое качество продукции отдельных отраслей российской промышленности, кроме продукции ВПК и атомной энергетики.
