Abstract:

The paper is concerned with new application fields for geo-economic resource capacities. The subject of research is the role and place of the resource component of internationalized reproductive cycles as one of strategic vectors for Russia to enter the global development mainstream. The particular importance of this vector became apparent at the turn of the XXI century when a powerful resource demand with its energy resource priorities came into the limelight.Meanwhile, the world system in the global market contexture is subjected to market fluctuations and the amplitude of the latter is becoming very sensitive not only to the dynamics of certain resources but also to the dynamics of the development based on a definite resource. In these circumstances, Russia as well as the whole international community faces a need to diversify the resource demand. The methods of analysis, synthesis, integrated approach, comparison and a number of other cognitive methods were used in the research..It is concluded that a new approach to the arrangement of the customs infrastructure is needed. Two strategic equilibrium vectors of the resource export strategy are defined: West-European and Eastern.

Статья посвящена поиску новых сфер приложения геоэкономических ресурсных сил. Предмет исследования - роль и место ресурсной составляющей интернационализированных воспроизводственных циклов как одного из стратегических векторов вхождения России в тренды мирового развития. Особая актуальность этого вектора выявилась на рубеже XXI в., когда обнажился мощный ресурсный спрос с его приоритетами на энергетические ресурсы. Но мировая система в условиях рыночной глобальной композиции подвержена конъюнктурным колебаниям, и амплитуда этих колебаний становится очень чувствительной не только для динамики определенных ресурсов, но и динамики самого развития на базе этого ресурса. В этих условиях перед Россией, как и перед мировым сообществом в целом, возникла грандиозная задача по диверсификации ресурсного спроса. В ходе исследования использовались методы анализа, синтеза, комплексности подхода, сравнения и ряд других методов познания. Сделан вывод о необходимости нового подхода к обустройству таможенной инфраструктуры. Обозначены два стратегических равновесных вектора ресурсной экспортной направленности: западно-европейский и восточный вектор.
