Abstract:

The paper is concerned with the improvement of the managerial aspect in the implementation of the economic development strategy in Russia. The subject of the study is the analysis of driving forces that boost the implementation of management solutions. The scope of the study covers the issues of using the driving forces in different areas of management activities aiming to solve the problems of implementing the Russian economic development strategy. The purpose of the study is the development of a new model of driving forces to stimulate the implementation of management decisions in various fields of the economy. The research methodology is cross-disciplinary in nature. The findings extend the known category of driving forces of the economy through the wise power inherent in a human. It is concluded that the developed model of driving forces (fractal) can be applied to different areas of management activities.

Статья посвящена совершенствованию управленческого аспекта реализации стратегии экономического развития России. Предмет исследования - движущие силы как стимулы выполнения управленческих решений. Тематика статьи охватывает вопросы использования движущих сил в различных сферах управленческой деятельности, характерной для задач реализации стратегии экономического развития России. Цель статьи - разработка новой модели движущих сил, стимулирующих выполнение управленческих решений в различных сферах хозяйственной деятельности. Методология исследования имеет кросс-дисциплинарный характер. Результаты исследования расширяют известный состав движущих сил в экономике за счет имманентно присущей человеку мудрой силы. Сделан вывод о возможности применения разработанной модели движущих сил (фрактала) в различных сферах перспективной управленческой деятельности.
