Abstract:

The paper analyzes the main trends of the financial market development in the Russian Federation for the period of 2016-2018. The purpose of the paper is to provide expert assessment of the key issues of the modern Russian financial market in the context of achieving the priority objectives of its development announced by the Bank of Russia. Proposals are made on how to improve the project presented by the Bank of Russia. The proposals put forward by the experts concern both the quality of the document and individual segments of the financial market development as well as the specifics of its cross-sectoral regulation. The results of the assessment are suggested for use by the Committee on Financial Markets of the Russian Federation State Duma, the Bank of Russia or the Russian Government.

Предметом статьи является анализ основных направлений развития финансового рынка Российской Федерации на период 2016-2018 гг. Цель представленного материала - оценка экспертами наиболее важных вопросов современного российского финансового рынка в контексте достижения заявленных Банком России приоритетных целей его развития. Вносятся предложения по совершенствованию представленного Банком России проекта. Вносимые экспертами предложения касаются как качества представленного документа, так и вопросов развития отдельных сегментов финансового рынка и особенностей его кросс-секторного регулирования. Область применения результатов проведенной оценки - Комитет по финансовым рынкам Государственной Думы Российской Федерации, Банк России, Правительство Российской Федерации.
