Abstract:

The paper analyzes the strategy for the development of the Russian industry and economy based on the close coordination of federal, regional, sectoral and business strategies. The focus is laid on the cooperation between the government, business and society. The development of foreign trade activities aimed at the promotion of industrial products is considered. Special attention is paid to problems of scientific and technological development of the industry. A package of measures is proposed for the long-term modernization of the economy with account for the crisis phenomena at the national and international levels.

В статье системно рассматривается стратегия развития промышленности и экономики России на основе тесной координации государственной, региональной, отраслевой и бизнес-стратегий. Особое внимание уделяется взаимодействию государства, бизнеса и общества. Рассматривается развитие внешнеэкономической деятельности в целях продвижения промышленных товаров. Отдельно анализируются проблемы научно-технологического развития индустрии. Предлагается комплекс мер по долгосрочной модернизации экономики с учетом кризисных явлений на национальном и международном уровне.
