Abstract:

The paper deals with the social welfare for disabled people in the process of humanization of the economy. The subject of the research is the socialization of the disabled as a factor contributing to creation of the added value and increasing the GDP. During the research a considerable amount of statistical data was processed making it possible to obtain quantitative and qualitative characteristics of the prosthetics market for people with disabilities and prove the importance of investments in artificial intelligence to create not only the value added but also advanced technologies leading to sustainable economic development. The regulatory and legal framework was analyzed in terms of its compliance with the rights of the disabled to prosthetic products. It is concluded that despite the existing problems the process of further humanization of the government policy of social adaptation of the disabled is continuing in Russia. Along with that, additional effective mechanisms are needed to carry out all measures provided by the legislation for the implementation of this process.

Статья посвящена рассмотрению места социального обеспечения инвалидов в процессе гуманизации экономики. Предмет исследования - процесс социализации инвалидов как один из факторов создания добавочной стоимости для увеличения ВВП. В работе проведена обработка статистической информации, которая позволила дать количественные и качественные характеристики состояния рынка протезирования инвалидов, выявить значение инвестирования в искусственный интеллект, в результате чего создается не только добавленная стоимость, но и современные наукоемкие технологии, что и приводит к устойчивому экономическому развитию. Приводятся результаты анализа нормативно-правовой базы соблюдения прав инвалидов в части их обеспечения протезными изделиями. Сделан вывод, что, несмотря на существующие проблемы, в настоящее время в России происходит процесс дальнейшей гуманизации государственной политики в сфере социальной адаптации инвалидов. Вместе с тем необходимы дополнительные действенные механизмы реализации всех предусмотренных законодательством мер по реализации этого процесса.
