Abstract:

The paper focuses on problems impeding the technological retooling of the Russian economy. Factors that impair the interest of Russian entrepreneurs in the innovative development are identified. The need to combine large-scale investment activity of the state and institutional changes aimed at liberalization of economic life as a condition for the all-round reindustrialization is substantiated. The risks of government intervention in economic activity are analyzed.

В статье рассматриваются причины, препятствующие технологическому перевооружению российской экономики. Выделяются факторы, снижающие интерес российских предпринимателей к инновационному развитию. Обосновывается необходимость сочетания масштабной инвестиционной активности государства и институциональных изменений, направленных на либерализацию экономической жизни, как условие комплексной реиндустриализации. Анализируются риски государственного вмешательства в экономическую деятельность.
