Abstract:

As a result of higher macroeconomic risks and the tightening of prudential requirements for commercial banks their number is significantly decreasing, which urges researchers to pay special attention to issues of deposit insurance as a unified system in the territory of the EAEU. The objectives of the paper are to reveal the specific features of the banking system operation in the EAEU member countries, analyze the performance indices of banks in the EAEU territory and determine the dependencies between cash flows produced by the main banking operations. The paper classifies the main provisions analyzed in works of scientists. It is concluded that similar processes take place in the banking sectors of the EAEU countries. The main reasons for and trends of the deposit insurance system integration are determined. The development stages of a unified deposit insurance system for the EAEU member countries are described.

В результате увеличения макроэкономических рисков и ужесточения пруденциальных требований к коммерческим банкам существенно сокращается их количество, что побуждает исследователей обратить особое внимание на вопросы страхования депозитов как единой системы на территории ЕАЭС. Цели статьи - выявить особенности функционирования банковских системы стран - участниц ЕАЭС, провести анализ показателей функционирования банков на территории ЕАЭС, определить зависимости между денежными потоками от основных операций банков. В статье систематизированы основные положения, которые анализируются в работах ученых. Сделан вывод о схожих процессах, протекающих в банковских секторах стран - участниц ЕАЭС. Определены основные причины и тренды интеграции системы страхования вкладов. Представлены этапы проектирования единой системы страхования депозитов стран - участниц ЕАЭС для формирования торговых отношений в банковском деле.
