Abstract:

The paper is concerned with a new phenomenon in modern business practice - socially responsible investing. The subject of the research is the reasons that triggered the promotion of socially responsible investing and now encourage businesses to incorporate responsible investment principles into their business strategies. The purpose of the work was to determine the level of promotion and the extent of the responsible investing practice in the domestic business environment. The paper analyzes the foreign and domestic experience along with statistical data characterizing individual aspects of the responsible investing process, which made it possible to identify the main trends and the nature of the above process development abroad and in Russia. It is concluded that the responsible investing is a fully developed trend. The main reason restraining its spread in Russia is the lack of a sustainable business motivation system.

В статье рассматривается новое для современной практики ведения бизнеса явление - социально ответственное инвестирование. Предмет исследования - причины, обусловившие распространение социально ответственного инвестирования и мотивирующие бизнес на включение принципов ответственного инвестирования в свои деловые стратегии. Цель работы - определить уровень проникновения и степень распространения практики ответственного инвестирования в отечественной бизнес-среде. В работе проанализированы зарубежный и отечественный опыт, статистические данные, характеризующие отдельные аспекты процесса ответственного инвестирования, что позволило выявить основные направления и характер развития наблюдаемого процесса за рубежом и в России. Сделан вывод о том, что ответственное инвестирование - это тренд, который в полной мере сформировался. Основной причиной, сдерживающей его распространение в России, следует признать отсутствие устойчивой системы мотивации бизнеса.
