Abstract:

The subject of the research is processes of running industrial enterprises in the context of integration into the digital economy. The rapid growth of information volumes, data complexity and diversity of data sources with the parallel increase in the value of information create the need for essentially new methods of managing industrial enterprises.The purpose of the research was to study the tools of the digital economy in terms of their contribution to the efficient operation of industrial enterprises. The research was necessitated by the fact that, by its economic nature, the manufacturing industry is more inert than other industries. The introduction of technologies and tools of the digital economy in practices of industrial enterprises generates the need to take into account the specifics of production processes, the existing technical infrastructure, the composition and structure of production facilities. Moreover, industrial systems are becoming more sophisticated. Despite the increased number of components, they have to maintain high fault tolerance levels and performance indicators and need a flexible and dynamic structure that ensures the operation with one or more parts failing and the redistribution of tasks in real time.The paper concludes that the introduction of digital economy tools by industrial enterprises is essential for production process optimization, improving the quality of products and services, and ensuring transparency in the management of an industrial enterprise.

Предмет исследования — процессы управления промышленными предприятиями в контексте интеграции в цифровую экономику. Стремительный рост объемов информации, ее сложности и разнообразия спектра источников и одновременно повышение ее ценности создают необходимость применения принципиально новых методов управления промышленными предприятиями.Цель работы — исследование инструментов цифровой экономики с точки зрения повышения эффективности деятельности промышленных предприятий. Необходимость исследования связана с тем, что по своей экономической природе промышленность более инертна, чем другие отрасли экономики. Внедрение технологий и инструментов цифровой экономики промышленными предприятиями инициирует необходимость учета особенностей производственных процессов сложившейся технической инфраструктуры, состава и структуры производственных фондов. Кроме того, промышленные системы становятся все сложнее. Несмотря на возросшее количество элементов, им необходимо сохранять высокие показатели отказоустойчивости и производительности, и нужна гибкая и динамичная структура, обеспечивающая работоспособность при выходе одного или группы элементов из строя и перераспределение задач в реальном времени.В работе сделан вывод о необходимости внедрения инструментов цифровой экономики промышленными предприятиями, поскольку они позволят оптимизировать производственные процессы, улучшить качество производимой продукции и услуг и обеспечить транспарентность хозяйствования промышленного предприятия.
