Abstract:

The uncertainty of the economic environment creates risks which threaten the functioning of the power sector enterprises and undermine country economic security. In this connection, the issues of threat and hazard identification in view of early warning and timely application of protection and countermeasures are becoming highly relevant. The purpose of this study is to consider practical aspects of resuming and allocation of electricity delivery to consumers using the mechanisms determining economic dangers and threats in the investigated industry. The article provides the classification of threats to the sustainable functioning of electric power industry enterprises. It states that the sustainable development of the electric power complex of the region is ensured by the balanced development of all its functions: generating, transforming, transmitting and commercial metering. The considered issues would contribute to the better understanding of challenges facing power industry which is an important element of the economic environment.

Неопределенность экономической среды обусловливает риски функционирования предприятий электроэнергетической отрасли, угрожающие экономической безопасности, что, в свою очередь, ставит вопрос об определении (идентификации) таких угроз для заблаговременного предупреждения oб опасности и принятия необходимых мер защиты и противодействия. Цель данного исследования - учесть практические аспекты воспроизводства и распределения доставки потребителям электроэнергии при использовании механизмов определения экономических опасностей и угроз исследуемой отрасли. Предложена классификация угроз устойчивости субъектов электроэнергетики. Установлено, что устойчивое развитие электроэнергетического комплекса региона должно предусматривать сбалансированное развитие всех его функций: основной генерирующей, трансформирующей, электропередающей и функции коммерческого учета. Рассмотренные в данной статье вопросы способствуют реальному пониманию проблематики электроэнергетической отрасли как сегмента экономической среды.
