Abstract:

An ever-increasing difficulty and complexity of projects in various fields of human activities makes it necessary to improve the project planning algorithms at enterprises. The article considers the algorithm and procedures for implementing the project planning process. The proposed algorithm uses a modified resource network model that allows using regular optimization algorithms in planning procedures, and provides flexibility in establishing criteria for planned decision. The suggested planning algorithm uses dimensionless intensity coefficients, their values are well interpreted and this fact greatly facilitates their use in planning procedures. The authors describes a modified resource network model as well as the main criteria to optimize the time parameters for both projects and resources. An iterative planning algorithm is also discussed in detail.

В настоящее время наблюдается стабильное увеличение сложности и трудоемкости проектов в различных областях человеческой деятельности и возникает необходимость совершенствования алгоритмов их планирования на предприятиях. В данной статье рассматриваются алгоритм и реализующие процедуры планирования проектов. Базовой моделью, на которой функционирует предложенный алгоритм, является модифицированная ресурсная сетевая модель, позволяющая использовать в процедурах планирования регулярные алгоритмы оптимизации и гибко формировать критерии планового решения. В алгоритме планирования предлагается использовать безразмерные коэффициенты интенсивности, значения которых являются хорошо интерпретируемыми, что значительно облегчает использование этих коэффициентов в процедурах планирования. Приводятся модифицированная ресурсная сетевая модель, основные критерии для оптимизации временных параметров проектов и для оптимизации использования ресурсов. Также подробно рассматривается итерационный алгоритм планирования.
