Abstract: Статья посвящена венчурным механизмам финансирования инновационных проектов. Авторами рассмотрены особенности «бизнес-ангельского» инвестирования, проблемы, связанные с отбором компаний-реципиентов венчурных инвестиций «бизнес-ангелами». В статье авторы предлагают механизм составления портрета предпринимателя в аспекте его деловых качеств и творческого потенциала, методику отбора компаний-реципиентов венчурных инвестиций для «бизнес-ангелов» (в сфере неформального рынка). Article is devoted venture mechanisms of financing of innovative projects. Authors consider features of «business angelic» investment, the problems connected with selection of the companies-recipients of venture investments by «business angels». In article authors offer the mechanism of drawing up of a portrait of the businessman in aspect of its business qualities and creative potential, a technique of selection of the companies-recipients of venture investments for «business angels» (in sphere of the informal market).
