Abstract: Статья посвящена проблеме измерения человеческого капитала. Поскольку каноническое определение человеческого капитала не определено до сих пор, существуют различные подходы к измерению человеческого капитала. Рассмотрены различные подходы к проблеме измерения человеческого капитала, в частности метод представительных оценок, метод оценки на основе предыдущих усилий и метод измерения на основе оценки отдачи. В статье сделана попытка оценить человеческий капитал Армении на основе оценки отдачи. The article is devoted to measuring human capital. In consideration of the fact that the canonical identification of human capital has not been defined yet, there are different approaches to measurement of human capital. The article covers different approaches to the issue of measuring the human capital, specifically, the method of representative assessment, method of assessment based on the past efforts and method of assessment based on return assessment. The article attempts to assess the human capital of Armenia based on the return assessment method
