Abstract: В статье рассматриваются проблемы оценки затрат и получаемых результатов при реализации банковских инновационных проектов. Качественный анализ сопровождающих процессов данных проектов позволит учесть косвенные и неявные издержки. Предложенный подход к оценке затрат позволяет сравнивать и отбирать как продуктовые, так и процессные банковские инновационные проекты при ограниченной ресурсной базе российских коммерческих банков. The paper considers problem of assessing the cost and results in implementation of banking innovation projects. Qualitative analysis of the accompanying processes of these projects will take into account indirect and implicit costs. The proposed approach to the assessment of costs allows us to compare and select a product and process innovations with limited resource base of the Russian commercial banks.
