Abstract: Данная статья посвящена вопросам правового регулирования деятельности автономных учреждений. Целью исследования является выявление отличительных особенностей и конкурентных преимуществ автономного учреждения перед другими организационно-правовыми формами учреждений, в частности, речь идет о бюджетных и частных учреждениях. Также затронуты вопросы коммерческой адаптации автономного учреждения. This article is devoted to the legal regulation of autonomous institutions. The purpose of this study is to identify the distinctive features and competitive advantages over other autonomous agency organizational and legal form of the institution, in particular the case of budgetary and private institutions. Also talked about the commercial adaptation of an autonomous institution. .
