Abstract: Исследуются интеграционные процессы на рынке ценных бумаг в странах постсоветского пространства. Развитие интеграционных процессов на рынке ценных бумаг является одной из важнейших предпосылок для обеспечения устойчивого развития экономики стран региона. Цель данного исследования состоит в выявлении возможностей и изучение перспектив интеграции рынка ценных бумаг в странах СНГ. Изучены состояние интеграционных процессов на рынке ценных бумаг, возможности и перспективы интеграции, а также основные положительные аспекты и проблемы на пути интеграции. В частности, рассматриваются возможности и проблемы, связанные с развитием интеграционных процессов на регулируемом рынке ценных бумаг, а также в депозитарных и расчетно-клиринговых системах. The article is devoted to the study of integration processes in the securities market in the countries of the post-soviet region. Development of integration processes in the securities market is one of the most important prerequisites for sustainable economic development in the region. The purpose of this study is to identify and study the prospects of integration of the securities market in the CIS countries. Based on the research objectives the article considers the current state of integration processes in the securities market, the possibilities and prospects of integration, as well as the main positive aspects and challenges of integration. The article, in particular, considers the opportunities and challenges associated with the development of integration processes in the regulated securities market, as well as depository, clearing and settlement systems.
