Abstract: На современной этапе развития государственности в России оказывается повышенное внимание проблеме эффективности государственной власти и управления не только на федеральном и региональном уровнях, но и на местном. В 2009 г. была разработана и внедрена система показателей оценки эффективности деятельности органов местного самоуправления, куда были включены и социологические показатели – «удовлетворенности населения…». Внедрение социологических показателей в систему оценки эффективности деятельности органов местного самоуправления вызвало положительные отклики со стороны научного сообщества, политиков, управленцев, общественности в целом. В статье на основе результатов социологических исследований крупнейших российских исследовательских организаций и данных сводных докладов о результатах мониторинга эффективности деятельности органов местного самоуправления ряда субъектов Центрального федерального округа проводится анализ влияния когнитивного фактора – «информированность» на уровень социальной удовлетворенности деятельностью органов местного самоуправления. In the modern period of the development of statehood in Russia the significant increase of attention is attributed to the issue of effectiveness of state power and government not only on the federal and regional levels, but on the local level as well. In 2009 there was developed and implemented the system of indicators of the effectiveness’ estimates of the activity of local self-government. The system of effectiveness’ estimates included sociological indices of satisfaction of population. Implementation of sociological indices in the system of effectiveness’ estimates of the activity of local self-government brought positive responses from academic community, politicians, managers, and the public. In the article the analysis of influence of cognitive factor (being kept informed) on the level of social contentment of the activity of local self-government’ bodies is done. We do this, based on the results of sociological studies of the major Russian research organizations and data from the aggregate reports, which deal with the monitoring of effectiveness of local self-government of some subjects in the Central federal district of Russia.
