Abstract: Экспорт углеводородного сырья обеспечивает примерно половину доходов федерального бюджета России, около десятой части ее ВВП, курс национальной валюты по отношению к доллару зависит от мировой цены нефти. Эти факторы определяют актуальность изучения конъюнктуры мировых энергетических рынков. В статье представлен обзор современного состояния глобальных и региональных рынков энергоресурсов различных видов. Рассмотрены особенности формирования цен на энергоносители в мировом масштабе, определены влияющие на этот процесс факторы, проанализированы тенденции развития мировой энергетики, выявлены причины их появления. Автором оценены наступившие и возможные последствия для российской энергетики от происходящих изменений на мировых энергетических рынках, а также сформулированы риски для отечественной экономики при дальнейшем развитии выявленных тенденций. Exports of hydrocarbons provides approximately half of the revenues of the Federal budget of Russia, about a tenth of its GDP, the rate of the national currency depends on the world price of oil. These factors determine the relevance of studying the situation at the world energy markets. The article contains a review of the current state of the global and regional energy markets. The author examined the characteristics of the formation of energy prices on a global scale, identified influencing this process factors, analyzed the development trends of world energy, identified the causes of their appearance. The article contains evaluation of the onset and the possible implications for the Russian energy sector developments in the global energy markets. The author has formulated risks for the domestic economy, further development of the identified trends.
