Abstract: Указаны факторы, влияющие на социально-экономическое положение России, детально рассмотрен вопрос, касающийся безработицы в стране. Цель работы – выявить слабые стороны развития рынка труда в России. Графически отражена динамика безработицы в РФ в кризисные периоды (2008–2009 и 2014–2015 гг.). Рассмотрены тенденции изменения безработицы по федеральным округам, выявлены причины регионального дисбаланса в уровнях безработицы субъектов. Новизна авторского подхода заключается в прогнозировании уровня безработицы на будущие периоды путем использования экспертных оценок для определения рисков отклонения безработицы от построенного тренда. Также проанализированы данные об уровне безработицы в странах Европы и произведено их сравнение с российскими показателями. На основе проведенного исследования выявлены причины безработицы в России и пути ее снижения, сделаны соответствующие выводы. The article lists factors affecting the socio-economic situation and questions concerning unemployment in Russia are discussed specifcally. The purpose is to identify weak points in the labor market. Visual support refects the dynamics of unemployment in Russia during economy crisis. Unemployment trends by federal districts, the causes of regional unemployment imbalances are examined. The novelty of the author’s approach is to forecast the unemployment rate for future periods with expert assessments to determine the risk of deviation of unemployment from trend. Data were analyzed in terms of unemployment level in Europe and comparison with Russian indicators was conducted. Based on the research, causes of unemployment in Russia and ways of its decline were discovered. Appropriate conclusions were made.
