Abstract:

This article discusses ways to improve the effi y of state regulation of innovation sphere in terms ofrunning the West economic sanctions regime. Emphasizes that Russia thus has a powerful impetus to scientific and technological development and more effi use of their scientifi and technological potential. Examines the steps taken by the state in terms of updating the strategy of innovative development, a sound defi of scientifi and technological priorities, and mechanisms for their implementation, as well as the optimization of the investment process in order to stimulate the development of high-tech industries. Proposals to improve the organization and coordination of the activities of the prospective operation of the federal executive bodies, the competence of which are issues of technological development of certain sectors of the economy.

В статье рассматриваются пути повышения эффективности государственного регулирования инновационной сферы в условиях запущенного Западом режима экономических санкций. Подчеркивается, что тем самым Россия получает мощный импульс к научному и технологическому развитию и к более рациональному использованию своего научно-технического потенциала. Анализируются шаги, предпринимаемые государством в части обновления стратегии инновационного развития, более обоснованного определения научно-технических приоритетов, механизмов их реализации, а также оптимизации инвестиционного процесса в интересах стимулирования развития высокотехнологичных отраслей промышленности. Сформулированы предложения по совершенствованию организации прогнозной деятельности и координации функционирования федеральных органов исполнительной власти, в компетенции которых находятся вопросы технологического развития отдельных отраслей экономики.
