Управленческие науки // Management Science, 2017, vol. 7, issue 1, 75-84 Abstract: The article considers the problems connected either with the very essence and nature of the information or the organization of its distribution and movement in the social and economic systems. In the result of research the conclusion is made that despite the long-standing tradition the term “information” cannot be construed only as “data” or “records” by the reason of the fact that for the first time it had been used in Aristotle Latin translations for the notation of the matter transmission into form(in-formatio) driven by the idea. Taking into account the given circumstance the article suggests the new interpretation of the concept about the economic and managerial information as the aggregate of intangible resources capable to give rise to quantitative and qualitative changes in material system, being the object of management. The traditional schemes of information distribution and transmission in management systems are analyzed in the article and the conclusion is made about their limitation due to lock in the figure of individual manager. The scheme of information distribution and transmission in management system based on management team members’ equality, formed in accordance with modern management theory, changes in combining PAEI management styles is offered as the alternative. В статье рассматриваются проблемы, связанные как с пониманием самой сущности и природы информации, так и организации ее распределения и движения в социально-экономических системах. В результате исследования делается вывод, что вопреки устоявшейся традиции термин «информация» нельзя истолковывать только как «данные» или «сведения» ввиду того, что впервые он был употреблен в латинских переводах сочинений Аристотеля для обозначения процесса перехода в материи в форму (in-formatio) под воздействием идеи. С учетом данного обстоятельства в статье предлагается новое толкование понятия об экономической и управленческой информации как совокупности нематериальных ресурсов, способных привести к количественным и качественным изменениям в материальной системе, являющейся объектом менеджмента. В статье также анализируются традиционные схемы распределения и передачи информации в системах менеджмента и делается вывод об их ограниченности ввиду замыкания на фигуре индивидуального менеджера. В качестве альтернативы предлагается схема распределения и передачи информации в управленческой системе, основанная на равноправии членов управленческой команды, сформированной в соответствии с представлениями современной теории управления изменениями о комбинирования PAEI-стилей управления.
