Abstract:

In article the externalities theory of R. Coase in its modern treatment in relation to subsurface use problems is considered. The analysis of a situation is given and the system of measures for internalization of negative externalities (ecological technogenic damage) in case of preservation and elimination of oil and gas wells is offered.

В статье рассматривается теория экстерналий Р. Коуза в современной ее трактовке применительно к проблемам недропользования. Дается анализ ситуации и предлагается система мер по интернализации негативных экстерналий (экологического техногенного ущерба) в случае консервации и ликвидации нефтегазовых скважин.
