Abstract:

Today the introduction of innovations in manufacture of industrial products, agricultural products and services has become the key factor of economic growth and competitiveness of national economies throughout the world. Innovative development has become a global competition for technology and human capital. Russia’s objectives are ensuring a high level of welfare on the basis of the transition to an innovative path of development and acceleration of scientific and technological progress, strengthening the geopolitical role of the country as one of the global leaders. Over the years, venture market has appeared and the main elements of the innovation system has formed in Russia. In the field of innovations Russian Federation moves towards state management of the innovation. To accelerate innovative development of the country, it is necessary need to give more opportunities for the development of private initiative, as it is done in the leading countries. Successful application of the use of developed countries innovative capacity for achievement economic growth can serve as a benchmark for Russia. National innovation system of the Russian Federation is fundamentally differs from NIS in developed countries, both as by the level of development and efficiency of functioning and by its organizational structure. Social, cultural, historical and economic factors are in the basis of these differences. Competent adaptation of its individual elements to the Russian conditions can improve the competitiveness of the innovation sector and the Russian economy as a whole.

В статье говорится о том, что сегодня ключевым фактором экономического роста и повышения конкурентоспособности национальных экономик во всем мире стало внедрение инноваций в производство промышленных изделий, аграрной продукции и услуг. Инновационное развитие приобрело характер глобального соперничества за технологии и человеческий капитал. Цели России - обеспечение высокого уровня благосостояния населения на основе перехода на инновационный путь развития и ускорения научно-технологического прогресса, закрепление геополитической роли страны как одного из глобальных лидеров. За прошедшие годы в России появился рынок венчурного капитала, сформировались основные элементы национальной инновационной системы (НИС). В области инноваций РФ движется по пути государственного управления развитием инноваций. Для ускорения инновационного развития страны нужно дать больше возможностей для развития частной инициативы, как это делается в странах-лидерах. Успешный опыт применения инновационного потенциала развитых стран для достижения экономического роста может служить ориентиром и для России. НИС РФ кардинально отличается от НИС развитых стран, как по степени развитости и эффективности функционирования, так и по своей организационной структуре. В основе различий лежат социальные, культурные, исторические и экономические факторы. Грамотная адаптация отдельных их элементов к российским условиям способна повысить конкурентоспособность инновационного сектора и российской экономики в целом.
