Abstract:

The paper analyzes integration projects of the EU, US and China - rivals in the post-soviet space. Their implementation seriously challenges the making and functioning of the Eurasian Economic Union, which embraces Armenia, Byelorussia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyz Republic and Russia. Special attention is focused on China’s strategy of post-soviet space development and its new stage linked with the Silk Road Economic Belt realization.

Статья посвящена анализу соперничающих между собой интеграционных проектов ЕС, США и Китая на постсоветском пространстве, реализация которых является серьезным вызовом для становления и успешного функционирования Евразийского экономического союза в составе Армении, Белоруссии, Казахстана, Киргизии и России. Особое внимание уделено китайской стратегии освоения постсоветского пространства и ее новому этапу, связанному с реализацией стратегии Экономического пояса Шелкового пути.
