Abstract:
The ability of an entity to adapt to changes in the external environment is affected by the way it is organized, by the way the management structure is built. The organizational structure of the entity is a combination of links (structural units) and the relationships between them. Hospital units are almost always in a state of change, whether the change is continuous or episodic. The change generates tensions and strains in the medical system, and thus it is necessary that the management of a unit be adapted so that it can developed.
