Abstract:
The paper presents the design and evaluation of an innovative experience in a subject of the Business administration degree, through a cooperative methodology. The objective is to motivate students and enhance their academic results through several interactive performances that reduce asymmetry in educational dialogue and promote students aptitudes as accountability and teamwork. Among the advantages of this method, we highlight the empirical verification that students achieve a greater mastery of cognitive skills, in the short and long term, they are increasingly more capable of interacting with other classmates, the dynamics of work becomes the mechanism of their learning process which provides them with recognition and encourages them to make continuous effort.
