ANÁLISIS CUANTITATIVO DE LOS CENTROS DE INICIATIVAS EMPRESARIALES MEDIDO A TRAVÉS DEL MÉTODO DE LA BALANZA FISCAL: EL CASO GALLEGO

Abstract: La presente comunicación tiene por objetivo estudiar la contribución de los centros de iniciativas empresariales a la economía gallega y analizar a través del Método Balanza Fiscal si lo invertido se recupera vía ingresos públicos derivados de la actividad generada en dichos centros. La comunicación se estructura partiendo de una introducción y se ahonda en el concepto y evolución de centro de iniciativa empresarial. A continuación se realiza un análisis del caso gallego (España) para luego afrontar la contribución a Galicia. En el último apartado, estudiaremos la rentabilidad de los centros gallegos centrándonos en el método de Balanza Fiscal.

The present communication has as objective to study the contribution of incubators to the Galician (Spain) economy and to analyze through the method of Fiscal Balance, if the invested can be recovered via public incomes derived from activity generated in business incubators.The communication is structured starting from an introduction, we delve into the concept and the evolution of business incubators. Next, an analysis of the Galician case is made to confront the contribution of incubators to Galicia. In the last section, we will study the profitability of the aforesaid incubators focusing on the method of Fiscal Balance where it will be concluded.
