DELIMITACIÓN DE LOS FACTORES CLAVE DE ÉXITO EN EMPRESAS DEL SECTOR PRIMARIO: EL CASO DE LAS EXPLOTACIONES DE BOVINO EN GALICIA

Abstract: El estudio de los factores que permiten obtener ventajas competitivas sostenibles que mejoran el rendimiento organizativo, sigue siendo tema de debate en el actual entorno empresarial. El objetivo principal de este trabajo es identificar los factores clave de éxito, sobre los que las empresas ganaderas, deben ejercer el control para incrementar su éxito en el mercado. Para ello, se realiza un estudio empírico en una muestra de 201 explotaciones ganaderas. Los resultados muestran la importante influencia que tiene el tamaño, mecanización, bienestar animal y renovación de las instalaciones para el éxito competitivo.

The study of the factors that enable sustainable competitive advantages that improve organizational performance is still debated in the current business environment. The main objective of this work is to identify key success factors on which livestock enterprises must exert control to increase their market success. For this, an empirical study was conducted on a sample of 201 farms. The results show the important influence of the size, mechanization, animal welfare and renovation of facilities in competitive success.
