The metropolitan environmental privilege in greenhouse gas emissions. Case study on Galicia and Madrid
Enrique Pérez-Lijó
Revista Galega de Economía, 2019, vol. 28, issue 1, 1-7
Abstract:
This text aims to substantiate the existence of an environmental privilege that some territories enjoy. We can define this privilege as the displacement of environmental costs from one territory to another. To explain this, a case study on greenhouse gas emissions in Galicia and Madrid has been prepared.
