Abstract: The various points presented for the discussion over the agrarian surplus circulation in contemporary rural Spain are revised. The discussion is focused on the property relationships and the types of land ownership, characterization of agrarian markets and the configuration of sharing strategies in those markets; as well as the kinds of management. The communications emphasized the intense and diverse participation of social agents, and the changes in the kinds of property and land exploitation as a "strategy" of adaptation of land owners to the different agrarian trends.
