Abstract:
Parting on a private accounting, I attempt to reconstruct the evolution of the productivity of labour and land in the Navarre viticulture of the nineteenth century, putting it in connection with the options of technical possible change. The exposed data aim toward a notable capacity of adaptation to the epidemic and mercantile joints by means of processes of substitution of cultural practices and they allow to observe the changes introduced in the context of the crisis at the end of the nineteenth century.
