Abstract:
Rrecently, the heath sector is given a great interest and at all levels and the subject of health services? quality becomes of an international increasing interst.So, hospital institutions try to provide health services with a high quality to achieve the maximum possible satisfaction for the patient.This research aims at studying the fact of health services quality in public hospital institution for the town of Bechar and its impact on patient?s satisfaction, basing on the dimensions of quality of health services (Tangible, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance and Empathy).
