Swiss Journal of Economics and Statistics (SJES), 2002, vol. 138, issue IV, 329-343
Abstract:
Economics in Switzerland: What has changed over the last 20 years? Swiss economics and economists have opened up vis-à-vis the rest of the world to a considerable extent. Today, the degree of internationalisation and research orientation is markedly higher than it was 20 years ago. Nevertheless, there is still room for further improvement. The paper offers an overview of a number of significant developments since the early 1980s.
