Abstract: The article presents, from the standpoint of theory and practice of research, issues of how to prepare to take the Polish company sales activities in terms of Poland's adoption of the euro. The subject of inquiry has become a problem of awareness of enterprises of the need to redefine strategies and sales areas after Polish accession to the euro area, as well as the actions the companies have taken and intend to take in connection with obtaining or maintaining stable competitive position a far as the domestic and international markets are concerned. The discussion was based on the review of literature and the present study conducted among enterprises operating in the area of Lower Silesia.
