Abstract: The paper is devoted to the presentation of the role of metaphors in entrepreneurship education. In search of the desirable path of entrepreneurship education the author presents one of the methods, likely to be used in the learning process. Assuming that the major challenge the education is facing is to develop an entrepreneurial creative attitudes, the author proposes the use of metaphors. In the first part of this study based on analysis of the literature, the author has made an attempt to characterize the role of metaphors and metaphorical thinking in the sciences of management, with a particular emphasis on entrepreneurship. The second part of the article is devoted to the presentation of the possibilities and limitations of the use of metaphors in the development of entrepreneurial attitudes of students.
