Abstract: The growing interest in the continuity of processes carried out in the supply chain, both in the economic practice as well as in the scientific field, tends to look for tools for effective risk management. The article attempts to identify the role of quality management systems in analyzing and reducing the risk that appears in supply chains. It refers to certain management standards and results of studies conducted among companies operating in the B2B market in Poland.
