Abstract:
The article summarizes the present state of knowledge on usage of the computer and video games in the organization and its psychological determinants. It enumerates and describes the most important aspects to consider while designing and using the computer and video games in training and indicates the most important threats for the application of the games in the didactic processes. It also suggests the main directions of further research and the most perspective areas of the further usage of the computer and video games in the organization.
