Abstract:
The article will focus on the analysis of mediator’s role of organizational consultant in collective disputes. Mediation is not the consulting, even though they are similar in many aspects. Mediator works on conflict resolution together with both the parties. The solution improves relationship between the parties and helps them to resolve similar problems in the future. The narrative approach will be elaborated in this analysis. It will be presented in the perspective of the anthropology of organization. The empirical part will be based on case studies of mediations in collective disputes conducted by the author.
