Abstract: Which skills should an artist manager have? What is the role of artist manager? What does the relations between manager and artist really mean? These questions were asked to the students of Management of Culture at the Jagiellonian University, and managers working with artists. This article is a summary of their thoughts and the most interesting opinions.
