Abstract:
The thesis of the article is that the inter-organizational management has developed spontaneously, by trial and error over hundreds of years of the mankind experience. Thus, above all, a historical analysis of the process of the inter-organizational management manifestation is crucial. Inter-organizational management leads to the formation of inter-organizational relations that may lead to the formation of inter-organizational relation networks. An important characteristic of inter-organizational networks is the interaction of a relatively large group of organizations (dozen or several dozen), including various types of organizations, as it is described by the ME Porter’s clusters.
