Abstract:
On the basis of a review of the achievements in the area of strategic management research interests on relationships was exposed. Particular attention was paid to the relationships of cooperation. The paper discusses three basic strategic relationships; cooperation, competition and coopetition. The paper also presents the research results concentrated on strategic relationships in the population of developers from the perspective of business cycle phases. In general, the results of the study confirm that the phase of recession fosters cooperative relations between competitors, namely coopetition.
