Abstract: Effective implementation of the digital transformation is becoming crucial for companies in a growing number of sectors. In this article the author describes the concept of using enterprise architecture to coordinate such an initiative for organization networks. The structure of the author’s model has been presented and future directions to improve it have been outlined.
