Abstract: This paper presents cloud computing as a model for the provision of IT services. It contains a synthetic view of CC. Its basic features, models of service provision and implementation models were described. The paper also presents selected statistics on the market for this type of services. The main part of the study presents implementation barriers of this concept. The results of the author’s own research were presented and synthetically discussed.
